Minicab Heathrow Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) set out the agreement between you (“you” or “your”) and Minicab Heathrow (“we” or “us”) for our Airport Transfer services. Booking a taxicab with us indicates your agreement of these Terms.
Definitions
Minicab Heathrow (us/we): A company that provides airport transfers using minicabs.
You/Your: Any individual, business, or company making a reservation with us.
Booking
2.1 Journey Time: Ensure ample travel time, especially for airport transfers with check-in deadlines. Minicab Heathrow is not liable for delays caused by insufficient time allotment or your lack of preparation at the pickup point.
2.2 car Size: Select a car that can comfortably seat all passengers and luggage. We cannot guarantee the transportation of additional luggage. Children of any age are counted as one passenger.
2.3 Wheelchair Access: Please specify wheelchair accessibility when booking.
Prices and Payments
3.1 Quotes: We provide quotes depending on the information provided. Except where otherwise noted, prices do not include VAT. We have the right to amend the quote in the event of a significant itinerary change.
3.2 Waiting Time: Parking fees and a 45-minute airport wait time are included in our rates. Standard Minicab Heathrow waiting fees apply for any additional waiting. Although we make every effort to modify our service in response to airline delays, we are under no duty to do so.
3.3 Booking Confirmation: A confirmation for your review will be sent to you when you accept a quote. Please confirm its accuracy; if you don’t let us know about any inconsistencies, there might be delays or extra expenses.
3.4 Payment: You can pay with cash, debit cards, or credit cards.
The Service
4.1 Passenger Behavior: You are in charge of how each and every passenger behaves in the car. If passengers produce any damage, soiling, or other effects, we may impose cleaning fees.
4.2 Prohibitions: It is not permitted to eat, drink, or smoke inside the car.
4.3 Child Restraints: Every child needs to be fastened in the proper child restraints according to their height, weight, and age.
4.4 Passenger Limits: We are not permitted to carry more passengers than what is permitted by insurance or licensing laws.
Cancellations
5.1 Cancellation Notice: To cancel a reservation, get in touch with us right away. Following vehicle dispatch, cancellations are subject to a fee determined by the driver’s travel time and distance to the pickup point.
5.2 Online Reservation Cancellations: If a cancellation is made via our online booking system prior to the car being dispatched, the original payment method may be charged.
Liability
6.1 Delays Beyond Control: Minicab Heathrow cannot be held responsible for losses caused by delays beyond our control, despite our commitment to timely arrivals. We will not be liable for any losses suffered by you or your business under any circumstances.
6.2 Luggage: Transportation is at your own responsibility.
6.3 Vehicle Breakdown: In the event of a breakdown, we shall provide an alternate automobile to complete your journey as soon as feasible.
6.4 Indemnification: You undertake to indemnify Minicab Heathrow against all fees, damages, costs, or losses caused by your actions or omissions.
6.5 Exclusions: Liability for death or physical injury brought on by carelessness, deceptive advertising, or deliberate default cannot be limited or excluded by either party. This likewise holds true for anything that the relevant law has declared unenforceable.
Termination
7.1 Right to Terminate: If a passenger’s actions (violence, abuse, or destruction) endanger the car or driver, we have the right to cancel or decline a reservation with immediate effect. For journeys that are terminated, there will be no reimbursements.
Miscellaneous
8.1 Subcontracting: Minicab Heathrow may assign its responsibilities under this contract to third parties. Any rights or duties under this agreement cannot be transferred, assigned, or delegated.
8.2 Modifications to the Terms: We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time by publishing updates on this website. To stay informed, please evaluate them on a frequent basis. The pricing in effect at the time of booking will apply to existing reservations.
8.3 Data Protection: We adhere to relevant data protection laws when storing, using, and processing information.
8.4 Full Agreement: This is the full agreement that you and Minicab Heathrow have made.
8.5 Rights of Third Parties: No third party is benefited by these terms, and unless this agreement is in writing, no third party may enforce any of its provisions.

Disputes or claims regarding these Terms or services must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the booked pickup date. Minicab Heathrow is not required to accept claims or complaints made after this time limit.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed and construed in line with English and Welsh laws. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the services offered will be resolved exclusively by the courts of England and Wales.
